OTUGROUP was founded in Istanbul in 2016 by Osman Tolgay Ulusoy. OTUPROJE, established that same year, became the group’s flagship company in real estate development. The group expanded this foundation through international financing and cross-sector partnerships.
We combine corporate finance experience across Türkiye, the Middle East and the Balkans with our energy, export, hospitality and contemporary living brands. Each business brings its own expertise, united by a common investment vision.
